    Event Description:
    Nantucket Visitor Services and the Chamber of Commerce are proud to sponsor the 12th Annual Tour of Lights. Starting, Friday, November 24, Enter your house in one of three categories (only 1 category per house): o Most Creative o Most Traditional o Best Nantucket Themed Special Judges will select winners on the evening of Thursday, December 14th. Winners will be announced on Friday, December 15 via social media; Facebook @nantucketcultureandtourism and Twitter @nantucketbuzz, #ACKtouroflights and in the island media. Friday, December 15, a Map to the Lights will be available to the public via the Visitor Services website, www.visitnantucketisland.org and takeaway from the office. The Map will list all the participants including the winners of the 3 categories. A People’s Choice ballot will be on the other side of the map. People’s Choice ballots are due no later than Noon on Friday, December 22. Ballots can only be dropped off in person at 25 Federal. Ballots that are faxed, e-mailed or posted on social media will not be accepted! The winner of the People’s Choice will be announced at the Chamber’s Red Ticket Drawing at 3:00pm on Sunday, December 24. The winner gets a trophy. The winners of the 3 other categories will also receive trophies. A final Map to the Lights that includes the 3 winners plus the People’s Choice will be available to take from the Visitor Services office and www.visitnantucketisland.org.
