This program includes training in Shotokan Karate for children, teens and adults. Aside from being one of the most effective methods of self-defense, Karate is an excellent form of stress management and aerobic exercise for the entire family. Using all the muscle groups, karate training develops flexibility, coordination, balance, posture and muscle tone. It is a great way to improve your health and overall fitness.
The adult karate class meets Monday through Friday in order to accommodate students' weekday schedule. It is not the expectation that students attend every session, but all are welcome to attend as often as they would like.
Students may also purchase a 10-class pass for $100.
