Brief Bio for Andrew C. Dieffenbach, CPA, CVA, MBA
Andrew C. Dieffenbach, CPA, CVA, MBA is a Director at ALL CPAs in Chestnut Hill, MA, which has been serving clients on the island for over twenty years. Andy himself has over twenty-five years of experience in public accounting, providing services to all business entities, fiduciaries, nonprofit organizations and individuals. He works with clients across a broad range of industries, including retail, auto dealerships, real estate, technology, medical and professional services. He has particular expertise with complex partnership returns.
In addition to his tax work, Andy is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), working with business owners and their team of trusted business advisors to determine or resolve questions of value. Andy also leads the firm’s PPP team, helping guide clients through the application and forgiveness process for their PPP loans.
