Food Sanitation & ServSafe Certification
This course is designed for the initial certification of food service managers. This program will prepare you for the ServSafe exam. The exam will be administered at the end of this one-day class. Registration is required two weeks prior to the start date of the program to allow for book acquisition and appropriate study time. Students will be required to review and study the book contents prior to the one-day class, in preparation for the exam. A ServSafe book is included in the course Cost.
