Celebrate Black History Month with Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce Friday February 25th at 5 pm via Zoom! Black History Month is an opportunity honor and understand Black histories, and we're thrilled to host an amazing panel of black business owners from our very own community.
Featuring Moirar Leveille of Moirar Holistic Wellness, LLC., Charity Grace Mofsen of Charity Grace Photography and Cleantha and Corbet Campbell of The Green Lady Dispensary!
We'll discuss representation within their respective industries, health and wellness in the black community, leadership, adversity, success and more!
Panelist Biographies
Moirar Levielle - Owner/CEO of Moirar Hollistic Wellness, LLC.
Moirar Leveille is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Strategic Intervention Life Coach, Functional Medicine and Bioenergetic practitioner helping people understand the root cause of their diseases, Neuro Linguistic Practitioner and a Certified Clinical Iridologist. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D and Doctorate in Integrative Medicine. She is a four times international best selling author, Transformational Speaker. She is the CEO and founder of Moirar Holistic Wellness, LLC, where she provides mental health counseling, Life and Wellness Coaching in 5 languages (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Creole, English), locally and internationally.
Moirar believes in using humor, spirituality, relaxation training, self-care and mindfulness techniques to help individuals reach their life purpose. Charity Grace Mofsen - Owner of Charity Grace Photography
Charity Grace Mofsen captures the island of Nantucket in all its glory - In Light and At Night. With a particular affinity for astrophotography, she believes there is always Light, if you have eyes to see it. From fine art landscapes to fun portrait sessions and creative product photography, she finds joy sharing her love of Nantucket with the hope that others will also cherish the island's natural beauty. Recently featured in Framebridge's 'Black Artist Spotlight.' her work speaks to (wo)man's connection to the cosmos. Describing her style as meditative, Charity Grace highlights the beauty of the island's contrasts - the solitude of the off-season and the joy of summer, the colors of Light and the wisdom of the Night.
Corbet Campbell - General & Retail Manager and Owner of The Green Lady Dispensary
Corbet serves as the General and Retail Manager for The Green Lady. With a strong propensity for management and customer service, she has been an integral component of the Green Lady team since its inception. Her areas of expertise include hiring, registering, and training staff, managing all retail sales agents and receptionists, inventory management, cash handling, and much more. Corbet has managed to recruit one of the most diverse personnel to The Green Lady's staff in all of Massachusetts (as compared with statistical data) with respect to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, and age.
Cleantha Campbell - Communications & Public Relations Director & Owner of The Green Lady Dispensary
Cleantha is The Green Lady's Communications and Public Relations Director of Programs and Strategic Planning. Other duties include social media management, marketing, brand development, community outreach, and philanthropic activities. Cleantha has managed The Green Lady's communications and social media operations since 2018 when the company opened its doors to the public and introduced legal cannabis to Nantucket Island.
