Nantucket Island Resorts has been recognized by The Boston Globe’s 12th annual “Top Places to Work” 2019 for the sixth consecutive year. The annual employee-based survey received submissions from more than 65,000 employees at 323 Massachusetts-based companies this year. Nantucket Island Resorts ranked #31 within the “Large Employer” category (250-999 employees). The results were published in The Boston Globe Magazine on November 17, 2019.
The Boston Globe’s 2019 “Top Places to Work” is based on a confidential survey conducted by Energage, a Philadelphia-based firm specializing in employee engagement and retention. The list recognizes the most progressive companies in Massachusetts based on employee opinions covering 24 factors, including leadership, company direction, training, benefits, and engagement.
