AAN hosts 72nd Artist/Patron Exhibition
in the Cecelia Joyce & Seward Johnson Gallery
Artists Association of Nantucket (AAN) will host their annual
Artist/Patron Exhibition, beginning on
Friday, August 20. The exhibition will be on display through Monday, September 6 in the
Cecelia Joyce & Seward Johnson Gallery, 19 Washington Street.
“Truly one of AAN’s longest standing traditions, summer of 2021 marks the 72nd year we’ve featured the celebrated Artist/Patron exhibition,” said AAN artistic director
Robert Frazier. “Historically our artists bring in their strongest works for this special exhibition, which we consider one of the high points of our gallery season. We are proud to showcase our local artist member’s newest works and look forward to a robust exhibition,” added
Frazier.
“This year due to the on-going pandemic, we are adhering to best safety practices and all visitors entering the gallery must wear a face covering or mask for the safely of our guests and staff,” said AAN gallery manager
Peter J. Greenhalgh.
Artists/Patron exhibition will be on display from
August 20 – September 6 at the Cecelia Joyce & Seward Johnson Gallery, 19 Washington Street - in the heart of Nantucket’s Cultural District. The gallery is open, Monday–Saturday 10 A.M.–5 P.M., closed 2 – 2:30, Sundays 11 A.M – 2 P.M.
