    Orleans, MA – Cape Cod 5 has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by
    The Boston Globe. This is the second year in a row that the Bank has received this award, which
    includes an evaluation of an organization’s direction, execution, connection, management, work,
    pay and benefits and engagement via a confidential employee survey. This year, Cape Cod 5
    ranked 14 th among all large employers in the state.

    The employee survey information was collected by Energage, an independent research company
    specializing in employee engagement and retention. 

    Over 60,000 individuals from over three hundred Massachusetts organizations were surveyed in
