NANTUCKET CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Nantucket, Mass 21 June 2019 — Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce President/CEO David Martin has announced the two winners of its annual scholarship program. Marta Saravia and Cameron Gottlieb will each receive a scholarship award of $1,000.
Saravia is a 2019 graduate of Nantucket High School, a varsity cross country team member, Cross Country Honor Roll Award recipient and post- Hurricane Maria Puerto Rico community service volunteer, will attend Saint Anslem College in Manchester, New Hampshire, to study international relations. Gottlieb, a 2019 Nantucket High School graduate, competitive swimmer, Nantucket sailing team member, windsurfer and soccer player, will attend Elon University in Elon, North Carolina to pursue a curriculum in International Business and Economics/Finance.
