JW Construction, Inc. Announces New Cape & Islands Division

Boston, MA August 27, 2019 -- JW Construction, Inc., a Boston-based, full-service construction company has announced the grand opening of their Cape & Islands Division.

The general contractor recently completed renovation on their new Cape headquarters, a historical property located at 66 School Street in Hyannis, just a short walk from the Steam Ship Authority Terminal. With employee housing, a construction office and ample parking, the renowned builder is prepared to service the Cape and Islands efficiently.

Jon Wardwell founded JW Construction over two decades ago based on his philosophy of hiring the best talent in the industry and cultivating growth within the organization. It was Jon’s philosophy and strong set of core values such as trust, innovation and quality that helped JWC quickly develop a reputation as one of the top builders in MetroWest Boston.

For years, clients had been requesting services for their second homes on the Cape. To accommodate their needs, JWC had been deploying its team of skilled craftsmen to perform these services in the off season. As demand for these projects continued to grow, the decision was made to open a full-time office on the Cape with a dedicated team to deliver the same outstanding service their clients have come to expect from their executive office.

“We are thrilled for this opportunity to build new relationships and create a second home on the Cape, stated the company's Founder and President, Jon Wardwell. “We have one rule, always delight. And it’s our promise to deliver a pleasant experience for every client as we guide them through their homebuilding journey.”
The Cape & Islands Division will provide residents a variety of services including custom new construction, additions and renovations, in addition to their unique in-house millwork.

The full-service remodeler has worked on many of New England’s historic homes, from replicating original custom millwork to restoring un-replaceable character from the 1800s. JWC was recently named to the Inc. 5000, which recognizes the most successful companies in America. The company was also named to Boston Common magazine’s 2019 Luxe List as “Best Green Builders.”
