Cape Cod 5 Recognized as a Top Place to Work by The Boston Globe

Orleans, MA – Cape Cod 5 has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe. Consideration for the list, which is in its 11th year, included an evaluation of workplace management, training, strategic direction and job satisfaction via a confidential employee survey.

“Cape Cod 5 is thrilled to be recognized as a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts,” said Dorothy A. Savarese, President and CEO of Cape Cod 5. “We consider this acknowledgement a direct reflection of our employees, who every day embody the Bank’s mission of serving our customers, members of the community and one another. We will continue to work to enhance our employees’ experience at Cape Cod 5 through career and leadership development and engagement in the community, while maintaining the important focus on supporting work-life balance.”

The employee survey information was collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

Over 80,000 individuals from over three hundred Massachusetts organizations were surveyed in consideration for the Top Places to Work. A full list of rankings can be found online at The Boston Globe and in the Sunday, November 18 issue of The Boston Globe Magazine.
