A message from Cape Air Founder and CEO, Dan Wolf, and Cape Air President, Linda Markham
What we are doing to provide a safe experience for our travelers
We hope this email finds you and your family safe and healthy during this time.
At Cape Air, our most important priority remains the safety of our passengers, employees, and communities. We have implemented protocols, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as regulatory authorities, aimed at reducing the further spread of COVID-19 and to supporting the recovery of those who have been impacted.
Actions We are Taking
Our cabin and flight deck are being sanitized between flights, and we are continuously circulating fresh air throughout our aircraft. Also, to ensure the safety of our passengers and employees, effective May 4, travelers will be required to wear a mask or other face covering while at the check-in counter, gate area, on-board, and while enplaning and deplaning the aircraft.
We encourage the use of your own personal mask but will have a limited supply on-hand should you forget to bring one for your flight.
Actions We Ask You to Take
Together, let's stay extremely vigilant, proactive, and calm. Please do not travel if you are feeling ill, but know that we look forward to connecting you to one of our beautiful destinations when able. Please follow CDC guidelines which include wearing your mask (please take it with you when you disembark), washing your hands, and covering coughs and sneezes.
On behalf of all of us at Cape Air, our thoughts are with you during this time. We thank you for your patronage and look forward to welcoming you on your next Cape Air flight.
