    Creative coastal kitchen showcasing seasonal shellfish and seafood, produce from Island farmers and heritage meats. Executive-chef, Seth Raynor and team create dishes to showcase flavors inspired by off-season travels while paying homage to the origin of each dish and retain the integrity of the ingredients. In honor the 20th anniversary Chef-owners Angela & Seth Raynor, returned to Japan sourced much of their original culinary inspirations for the pearl. Spending extended time in Tokyo and Kyoto is an invaluable source of renewed inspiration.
