About Us

Susan Lister Locke has lived on Nantucket for over 45 years. Drawn to the beauty of the sea, it is here, on this magical island, where she channels her artistic passion, crafting beautiful, unique and timeless jewelry worn by celebrities, island residents and public figures worldwide.

She has incorporated patterns and designs found in nature, pairing them with vibrant jewels. The intricacies of a nautilus, the shape of the oyster shell and treasures found along shorelines led her to create the “Seaquin” Collection, an ocean-themed homage to sea treasures, immortalized in precious metals and gemstones.

Locke partners with local artists, including preservationist Cindy Pease Roe and photo-real artist Anne Marie Bratton, who also share a love of the ocean and a passion for preserving it.

Voted Best Jeweler on Nantucket 7 years running (2017-2023), her artistry is exhibited at her namesake Gallery on Easy Street, by appointment in Palm Beach, and at susanlisterlocke.com.
