Richmond Great Point Development LLC, a full service real estate development and management company, was created to develop an attractive and economically vibrant mixed-use community mid-island, halfway between downtown and the airport off Old South Road. RGPD acquired the 69 acres of land commonly referred to as the “Glowacki” properties in 2013, which had primarily been used for vehicle storage and asphalt production. Since then, the company has undertaken an extensive due diligence process and analysis of community needs.
