DAWN is looking for a high-energy store manager for year-round support. This person will need to have a strong working knowledge of all the product types and vendors across women's, men's and home as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service both in-person and through our online platform. A passion for Nantucket is also critical and previous retail experience is preferred.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inventory reporting and management
- Ensuring displays and merchandise are always decorated in a professional manner
- Employee management, including scheduling 
- Responding to all inbound emails to the general account
- Managing and ordering store supplies as needed
- Sales reporting 

The position will be salaried and paid time off is included. Remote work is an option from mid-December through mid-April. Hours will range depending on time of year but will be, at minimum, 5 days per week during peak season from June-August.
