PARTS ADVISOR

Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.

• Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Contact customers after their parts have arrived
• Assist service advisors with estimates and ordering parts as needed
• Work as a team to make sure customers are taken care of properly
• Assist retail customers and technicians; including answering phones
• Assist with parts inventory/record keeping
• Maintain superior level of customer service
• Maintain proper storage of parts/stock shelves 
• Receive and bill all parts
• Ensure department/work area is neat and in order
• Other duties as director by management
• Computer efficient
