    VISITOR SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - The N.H.A. seeks Visitor Services Representative to sell tickets and provide information about our historic sites and program offerings to the visiting public. Applicants must have excellent cash handling skills and should be comfortable with basic accounting. A minimum commitment of three days/week is required. 

    INTERPRETER - The N.H.A. seeks interpreters to provide tours of the Whaling Museum and the Historic Sites. Responsibilities include providing engaging interpretive programs, and the care and security of the N.H.A's resources. The position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about Nantucket's history, architecture, and culture. Interpreters must be enthusiastic and able to communicate information factually, coherently and entertainingly. A minimum commitment of three days/week is required. 

    GALLERY ATTENDANT - The N.H.A. seeks Gallery Attendants for the 2019 art exhibit in the McCausland Gallery in the Nantucket Whaling Museum. The Sara Roby Collection is on loan from the Smithsonian and is titled Modern American realism 1910-1980's. Applicants may be asked to commit to up to forty hours per week. Interest and experience in American Art is preferred.
