Sustainable Nantucket is hosting its first farmer workshop in the summer of 2020. Cheryl Emery from ACK Sweet Water Farm will provide a one hour workshop at the Sustainable Nantucket Walter F. Ballinger Educational Community Farm Institute on growing microgreens. Cheryl will provide seed trays, seeds and instruction to successfully cultivate microgreens for your personal consumption.

Sustainable Nantucket's Walter F. Ballinger Educational Community Farm Institute is located at 168 Hummock Pond Road. There is onsite parking available.
The $75 per person fee for the workshop includes a tax deductible $50 donation to Sustainable Nantucket and covers the cost of the preparation, seeds, and materials. Each participant will be able to take home a tray of micro greens to continue to grow and enjoy at home. PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR YOUR MASK!
