Sustainable Nantucket's original mentor farmer, Dylan Wallace, introduces workshop visitors to his imaginative and delicious salts, flavored with herbs grown at our farm. He also has a vigorous crop of blackberries that he uses to make jams and jellies. Come and learn more!
