Superfood Brunch or Meal with Nancy Cohen of We the Leafy

This Saturday, July 28, we welcome Nancy Cohen, creator of We the Leafy, a wellness coach focusing on workshops, healthful cleanses, and organic food preparation.
This week will focus on:
SUPERFOOD BRUNCH or SUPERFOOD MEALS?
Nancy will teach you how to use chia and flax as egg replacements and how and why we need to incorporate these superfoods into our meals. Nancy will also explain their benefits in boosting brain power, increasing energy and decreasing inflammation in the body.
