This Saturday, July 7, we welcome Nancy Cohen, creator of We the Leafy, a wellness coach focusing on workshops, healthful cleanses, and organic food preparation.
This Saturday we'll focus on:
POWER EATING - Nancy will teach you the best sources of plant based proteins, carbs and fats to boost energy, eat smart and for fitness recovery. She'll prepare SMOOTHIES AND SHAKES, and POWER SNACKS all using powerful and healing SUPERFOODS.
