Join acclaimed gardener, writer and cookbook author Barbara Damrosch of Four Season Farm for a lecture that will convey how to spread the “gardening season” over the whole year, without much time, work or garden space. She’ll explain how cooking with the seasons has made her a better, more creative cook, developing simple, easy strategies one can apply to any season.
Following the lecture, over stories and much laughter, participants will dine on a menu featuring a few of Barbara’s favorite recipes. Barbara will be introduced by Nantucket’s beloved Chef Marian Morash. This is a garden and culinary adventure you won’t want to miss.
