Holiday Table Hands-On Cooking Class: Bay Scallop Workshop
For the month of December, join Chef Greg in a 3-part series of hands-on cooking classes. For the second class, the focus ingredient will be the native Nantucket Bay Scallop. Working together with Chef Greg, participants will learn several ways and techniques to prepare the delicious Bay Scallop.
