In honor of National Cooking Day, join Chef Greg as he demonstrates his interpretation of recipes from one of his favorite cookbooks, Commander's Kitchen! Commander's Palace, the restaurant behind the cookbook, is a New Orleans landmark, garnering numerous accolades from the James Beard Foundation, Food and Wine, Wine Spectator, and more. Attendees will watch Chef Greg prepare different elements of each course. Come alone or bring your friends! Everyone is welcome!
