Join Chef Lauren D'Agostino for a demonstration on how to build a vegan cheese board and make your own nut cheese. Chef Lauren will explain her simple method to create a beautiful cheese board using plant-based ingredients, and how to think seasonally or with a theme when planning your cheese board. She will also demonstrate two of her signature superfood mocktails and teach her mixology formula so you can unleash your creativity and craft a signature drink of your own!
