In a program co-sponsored by the Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention and Fairwinds, Dr. Ruth Potee will present a lay-persons talk on how addictive substances such as alcohol, nicotine, marijuana and opioids can irreparably harm the developing brain of teens and young adults.
