A Taste of Autumn Harvest: Preparing a Vegan Brunch
Rise and shine for a hands-on cooking class with Chef Lauren D'Agostino! Chef Lauren will guide participants in making a healthy, plant-based meal brunch. The menu will feature some of fall's favorite ingredients and will use locally sourced ingredients as available.

About Lauren:
Lauren D’Agostino is a private plant-based chef, intuitive cooking coach, and speaker sharing simple strategies for fast + flavorful plant-based cooking. She teaches clients her signature intuitive cooking methods to encourage and support cooks of any level in the first few steps of their transition to a plant-based diet. Inspired by her work as a professional vegan chef, the global consciousness shift, and her own transition into living a plant-based life, she is guiding others to create lasting habits by incorporating more plants, both on and off the plate.
