The Kennedys grew up on the shores of Nantucket Sound and the family today maintains a strong tie to the sea and Cape Cod. Join us and the director of the JFK Hyannis Museum for insights into their legacy on Cape Cod. A live Q&A with Wendy and Alliance president Audra Parker will follow the presentation.\n\n \n\nWendy holds seats on several boards and continues to chair the Chamber's Canal Bridge Task Force and the Cape & Islands License Plate marketing committee. She has served in leadership roles in numerous professional and community organizations at the regional\, state and national level related to promote economic development and tourism. In 2021\, she was named the Mercy Otis Warren Cape Cod Woman of the Year\, The Cape Cod Commission's OneCape Summit Person of the Year\, the CCYP (Cape Cod Young Professionals) inaugural Lifetime Community Leader\, and the Association to Preserve Cape Cod's Paul Tsongas Environmental Recognition award.
