Meeting/Conference Services

Nantucket's seclusion, as well as its pristine natural beauty and vibrant living history, make the island an ideal venue for successful meetings and corporate retreats.  An array of extraordinary facilities and activities---in addition to world-class lodging and dining establishments--provide the finest amenities for your business meeting or corporate getaway.

Professional meeting assistance and support services--with a distinct pride in stellar customer attention--abound.  Nantucket's many meeting rooms are well-equipped with state-of-the-art ATV equipment, catering services and provisions.  Whether your meeting will be a small or large affair--held in an intimate inn or grander hotel or function room--participants are assured that their every need will be graciously accommodated.

Although Nantucket seems "a world away", the island is easily accessible by both plane and ferry. Nantucket Airport is a full-service facility, with direct routes from many major Northeast cities.  Traditional ferries (2 1/4-hour passage) transporting both vehicles and passengers and catamaran ferries (1-hour passage) carrying passengers only are available out of Hyannis.  On-island, transportation is available via cabs, charter vans and buses, miles of paved bike paths and a seasonal public shuttle bus.  Nantucket is easy to explore by foot, bike or public transportation, so please leave your car at home!

A list of meeting/conference service venues appears in the Chamber Guidebook. For further information regarding these venues, or assistance in organizing a business function for you or your associates, please contact the Chamber of Commerce's Public Relations and Marketing Department at 508-228-3643.
